Job Description

Growth Product Manager responsible for B2C product activation and retention in innovative fintech solutions. Leading experimentation and cross-functional collaboration to enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own experimentation within the product and generate insights to measurably increase activation and retention for our B2C product
  • Turn qualitative signals from Userback and quantitative product analytics into a focused roadmap and high-velocity feature iterations
  • Lead activation and retention strategy across the B2C funnel (signup → onboarding → first value → recurring value → recovery/winback)
  • Run high-velocity experiments: define hypotheses, success metrics and guardrails; design variants; coordinate development; analyze results and document learnings
  • Implement user-journey measurement with a clear event taxonomy; ensure dashboards, funnels and cohorts are reliable and actionable
  • Translate Userback insights into actions: classify, tag and synthesize qualitative feedback; validate it with quantitative data and convert it into problem definitions and clear specifications
  • Optimize onboarding and habit loops: progressive disclosure, checklists, templates, nudges, education and lifecycle messaging
  • Reduce churn: identify drivers of drop-off; implement reactive and preventive retention tactics (e.g., in-app alerts, rescue offers, reactivation flows)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk and Support to deliver end-to-end experiments and durable features
  • Communicate openly: weekly growth reviews, experiment flow management, post-launch reports and roadmap updates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Growth/PLG for a B2C product
  • Proven track record of impacting activation and retention through in-product changes
  • Strong analytical toolkit (funnels, cohorts, retention curves, survival analysis, fundamentals of statistical power and sample sizing)
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Hands-on experience with modern analytics and experimentation stacks (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or equivalents)
  • Experience operationalizing qualitative feedback (Userback or similar) into problem definitions, hypotheses and specifications
  • Excellent product sense and UX instinct; clear and concise communication; bias for action and iteration
  • Preferred: "AI-first" mindset — experience building AI-powered tools, agents or automated workflows
  • Growth experience in mobile applications (iOS/Android) and conversion/retention tactics in App Stores
  • Experience with pricing and packaging, trial/freemium testing and paywall/plan upgrade strategies
  • Personalization and segmentation (rule-based or ML-assisted) for lifecycle and in-product messaging (nudges)

Benefits:

  • Life insurance
  • Health and dental plan
  • Transportation allowance
  • Meal and food allowances (VR + VA)
  • Childcare subsidy
  • Extended parental leave
  • TotalPass or Wellhub (wellness benefits)
  • WFA (Work From Anywhere)
  • Discounts on Decolar.com
  • Golden Farma discounts
  • Home office allowance
