Job Description
Frontend Engineer at Katapult focusing on AI-powered healthcare platform development. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve user experiences in product and marketing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team lead with feature development and enhancements.
- Implement customer-driven requests and feedback.
- Take part in reducing technical debt for the core React/TypeScript application.
- Collaborate closely with design and product to deliver a top-quality user experience.
- Operate within one-week cycles, shipping high-quality code quickly to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
- Solid understanding of design systems and component-driven architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on scalable platform development.
- Willingness to work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset—the ability to drive features from concept to production without constant supervision.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to full-stack technologies.
- Curiosity and interest in learning Go (Golang).
- Previous experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments or startups.
