Job Description
Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer building LLM-powered recruiting platforms for Inallmedia.com. Developing AI agents, Python services, and Salesforce/ATS integrations for global staffing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt, build, and optimize LLM features for automated recruiting workflows
- Improve AI agent performance through prompt engineering, evaluation loops, and system safety guardrails
- Design and build features across backend services, Python web applications, and frontend user interfaces
- Design, build, and maintain REST API integrations with Salesforce and enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems
- Partner with external enterprise clients, staffing agency partners, and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements
- Run rapid technical prototypes and gather feedback
- Own end-to-end technical delivery through incremental releases
- Establish system architecture, conduct code reviews, implement unit testing, and monitor production
- Use AI coding agents and developer productivity tools for feature delivery, debugging, and refactoring
Requirements:
- Full fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Track record of leading technical design and cross-system delivery with a high level of autonomy
- Core proficiency and hands-on experience in Python backend development
- Practical experience building and deploying production LLM applications
- Experience refining AI agent behaviors via prompt iteration, testing, evaluation, and safety guardrails
- Comfortable working across backend services, web frontend frameworks, and third-party REST API integrations
- Strong communication skills and proven experience interfacing directly with clients
- Active daily use of AI coding assistants and agents
- Experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python backend web frameworks is nice to have
