Job Description
Pessoa AI Engineer no Grupo Boticário, líder brasileiro de beleza, desenvolvendo integrações com LLMs para o OMS. Automatizando fluxos, reduzindo trabalho manual e melhorando a experiência do usuário.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Artificial Intelligence integrations for the OMS, supporting order processing and analysis
- Create, test, and optimize prompts
- Support the development and maintenance of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Connect AI models and conversational workflows with internal APIs, relational databases, and external retail/logistics tools
- Support the monitoring of models in production, tracking hallucinations, latency, token usage, and costs
- Work with product specialists to translate OMS business rules into simple and efficient agentic solutions
- Rapidly prototype ideas to address short-term operational needs
- Develop solutions that reduce analysis time and manual work for operational teams
- Contribute to the evolution and progressive reconstruction of the product architecture
- Identify opportunities to accelerate delivery with the cross-functional team
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Python programming, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and consuming and creating REST APIs
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
- Proficiency in SQL and data formats such as JSON
- Basic knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of code version control with Git
- Willingness to gain a deep understanding of the user journey and the business impact of solutions
- Hands-on mindset and ability to rapidly prototype ideas
- Preferred: Previous experience in Data Science/Machine Learning
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or advanced context architectures for LLMs, such as SDD
- Preferred: Understanding of or interest in enterprise agentic solutions, LLM orchestration, and complex reasoning workflows
