Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer for Docplanner's healthcare platform. Leading software development for global Practice Management Systems in Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Forming a foundational team in the PMS Area (Patient Management System)
- Powering Docplanner’s Practice Management Systems
- Report to technical leadership and collaborate with a high-impact Global Team
- Lead through architectural challenges
- Apply expertise across different technologies as the ecosystem evolves
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Extensive experience in Node.js and TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of database design and optimization for large-scale data sets (SQL + NoSQL)
- Proficiency in React and modern frontend patterns
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including SOLID, DRY, and Clean Architecture (Hexagonal/DDD)
- Experience with cloud-native practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Advanced English
