Job Description
Sr. Full Stack Engineer developing full-stack applications at Fuser, a creative technology company. Collaborating closely with CTO and the founding team to build key features.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship key features across the stack with the founding team
- Own complex systems such as multiplayer, asset pipelines, or execution flows
- Architect clean, scalable abstractions that simplify complexity without limiting control
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Help define the architecture for future AI-native UI/UX patterns
- Collaborate tightly with design and product — we move quickly and iterate often
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack applications
- Strong skills in React + TypeScript, with backend depth in Node, tRPC, or Cloudflare Workers
- Understanding of distributed or real-time systems
- Experience designing APIs, databases, and data flows
- Curiosity about creative tools, design systems, or AI interfaces
- A builder mindset — you enjoy coding daily and owning your work end-to-end
