Job Description
Senior Full Stack Engineer for a high-growth creator marketplace app. Developing a modern tech stack with a flexible 4-day remote work week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test and iterate on product features spanning frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript), backend (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Hono), and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Work closely with product, design, QA, and business teams to translate requirements, mockups and process flows into production-ready features
- Design and build integrations with third-party services such as social media, eCommerce, artificial intelligence and financial services
- Follow best practices for code quality, reliability, security, and scalability
- Implement automated integration tests (Jest) that adhere to test plans
- Monitor live applications and troubleshoot issues post-deployment.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a full-stack software engineer working on modern JavaScript/TypeScript codebases
- Strong data and querying skills, experienced with both relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Experience with writing and debugging automated tests (Jest)
- Motivated and productive in small, remote teams with async communication and minimal supervision
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on usability and performance.
