Job Description

Senior Fullstack Developer working on innovative technologies for Zup Innovation. Collaborate in a team-driven environment to develop and deploy solutions using modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the full lifecycle of solution conception and development, from the Discovery process, helping to identify the right problem to solve.
  • Contribute to technical refinements to structure solution designs.
  • Collaborate with interdependent squads to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.
  • Develop frontend (React) and backend (.NET Core) layers as needed, including unit tests to ensure quality and security.
  • Ensure proper configurations for DevOps processes, planning and monitoring production deployments.
  • Monitor the post-release environment to ensure stability and performance.
  • Apply advanced AI techniques using tools such as Python (LangChain, LangGraph), RAG, prompt engineering and agent evaluation (EVALs).
  • Work with AWS infrastructure (DocumentDB, Lambda, ECS, S3, Redis) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker).
  • Collaborate in the development and integration of intelligent agents; knowledge of MCP and Go is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Next.js with React 18+
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Responsive design.
  • .NET Core.
  • Source control/versioning (GitLab/GitHub).
  • Object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles and Clean Code.
  • Development and consumption of REST APIs.
  • Code quality (SonarQube, Fortify, unit test coverage).
  • Advanced code review techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (CodePipeline, deployment pipelines).
  • Micro-frontend architecture (Web Components, Module Federation, Single-SPA).
  • Advanced knowledge of design patterns.
  • Proficiency in observability techniques (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Microsoft/.NET certifications are a strong plus.
  • React 18+ with TypeScript — including native hooks and composition patterns (useCallback, useMemo, useReducer).
  • Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR, bundle optimization).
  • Knowledge of Web Components and integration with React.
  • Creating and maintaining custom hooks with well-defined responsibilities.
  • Context API / state management without external libraries.
  • Unit testing with Testing Library and E2E testing with Cypress (test coverage).
  • Conventional Commits and Git best practices.
