Job Description
Senior Game Designer creating iLottery games and digital experiences at Avenga, an international AI-focused engineering firm. Leading visual asset design, animation, and game projects from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Lead game design projects from concept to launch
- Design innovative and engaging iLottery concepts aligned with core design principles
- Design and illustrate high-quality game assets and convert them to clean vector art
- Animate game elements while applying animation principles and established animation flows
- Design and deliver games from concept through support with limited supervision
- Meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the Game Studio
- Mentor other team members and share knowledge
- Provide and receive feedback clearly and systematically
- Promote reusability and efficiency across design and development processes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices for iLottery game design
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing pipelines
- Proven experience working with 2D mobile and/or web games
- 5+ years of experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate
- 5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software
- Strong portfolio showcasing game design and animation skills and experience
- Working knowledge of core design and animation principles
- Experience working with 3D mobile and/or web games is nice to have
