Job Description
Lead the HubSpot service line at ATAK Interactive, a RevOps agency, driving growth through strategic service offerings. Oversee client relationships, implementations, and team collaboration to achieve impactful results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and portal audits for prospective and current clients, and translate findings into architecture plans and remediation roadmaps
- Write and defend project scopes: phased plans, effort estimates, and pricing that hold up under delivery
- Serve as lead strategist for a portfolio of RevOps clients across Solutions Architecture, migrations, implementations, integrations, automation, and reporting
- Design HubSpot architecture that follows best practice and serves the full revenue motion: lifecycle logic, pipelines, data model, automation, and reporting
- Work in HubSpot both through the UI and programmatically, using the agent CLI and HubSpot MCP to audit, build, and maintain portals at a speed manual admin work can't match
- Design and implement agentic workflows, for clients and for our own delivery operations
- Direct internal delivery teams (consultants, developers, marketers) through execution, owning quality and timeline
- Run client-facing strategy sessions, walkthroughs, and trainings that build trust and drive adoption
- Contribute to how we package and sell HubSpot work: audit products, engagement structures, and repeatable delivery frameworks, including AI-powered offerings
- Stay ahead of the HubSpot ecosystem, including native AI tools, the MCP, and the broader agent landscape, and bring that knowledge into how we sell and deliver
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading HubSpot implementations end to end, ideally at a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency (3+ years agency experience)
- Deep, hands-on knowledge across all hubs, Starter through Enterprise
- Demonstrated experience scoping client engagements: phases, hours, pricing, and delivery accountability
- Hands-on experience working with HubSpot programmatically: agent CLI, HubSpot MCP, APIs, or similar, plus real examples of AI and agentic workflows you have built or deployed
- Strong grasp of marketing and sales operations and how they connect into one revenue system
- Fluency with HubSpot's native AI tools and the broader LLM and agent landscape
- Experience with other CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus
