Job Description
Analista sênior de segurança protegendo soluções digitais e serviços de TI da Hitss. Atuando com Microsoft Defender, firewalls, antivírus, proxy, SFTP e resposta a chamados.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new solutions presented by vendors through Proofs of Concept (PoCs), verifying compliance with security prerequisites
- Participate in the implementation of approved solutions and hand them over to the teams responsible for ongoing support
- Implement digital certification solutions
- Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Defender
- Handle and track tickets related to security solutions
- Validate emails and manage the appropriate follow-up actions
- Provide support for Check Point firewalls, including assistance with and review of firewall rules
- Work with proxy solutions
- Work with SFTP for secure file transfers
- Implement and support antivirus solutions, providing assistance to the teams involved
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or another higher-education program, plus a postgraduate degree in IT
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud
- Experience implementing and supporting antivirus solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Defender
- Experience with Check Point firewalls and firewall rule reviews
- Experience with proxy solutions
- Experience with SFTP
- Experience handling and tracking support tickets
- Fluent technical English for opening and tracking support tickets with Microsoft
- ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification or training
- At least one of the following certifications: (ISC)² CISSP, (ISC)² CCFP, GIAC GCFE, EC-Council CEH, EC-Council ECSA, EC-Council CHFI, Carnegie Mellon CSIH, Offensive Security OSCP, or Offensive Security OSCE
- Other certifications strongly related to Cybersecurity may be considered subject to evaluation
- Knowledge of cryptography
- Knowledge of networking for troubleshooting
- Fluent English for interaction with and support from international vendors
