Job Description
Senior Lead Mobile Engineer leading Android development initiatives at DraftKings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers in a remote work setting.
Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture, design, and delivery of Android initiatives
- Lead technical strategy for Android development
- Collaborate with product managers and designers
- Architect modular, scalable Android codebases
- Oversee API integration and performance optimization
- Mentor engineers and advance CI/CD pipelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant education
- At least 7 years of professional Android development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDKs
- Extensive experience in leading technical strategy and architecture design
- Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and custom view development
- Proven ability to integrate RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
