Job Description
Senior Manager for AI & Machine Learning at Zapier, shaping ML strategies and guiding teams. Leading AI initiatives and fostering innovation across the company with a remote-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams of AI & Machine Learning Engineers
- Own, execute, and iteratively evolve Zapier’s AI/ML strategy
- Coach and guide your teams in development and deployment of machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML
- Foster a culture of innovation within the AI/ML organization
- Communicate AI/ML strategy and results clearly
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Deep technical expertise in ML/AI
- Solid foundation in data and software engineering
- Ability to operate at a portfolio level with strong product and business thinking
- Skills in coaching and mentoring team members
