Job Description
Machine Learning Engineer designing robust AI/ML applications for CVS Health. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to drive business insights and ensure application scalability.
Responsibilities:
- design and implement robust AI/ML applications that drive innovation and business insights
- collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML capabilities into products and services
- ensure high performance and scalability of applications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (1 + years)
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, BigQuery)
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure)
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows
- Familiarity with Vertex AI & Azure OpenAI (preferred)
- Experience working with LLMs and RAGs in a production environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) (preferred)
- Experience working with Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and or DataFlow (preferred)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Apache Spark, Ray, Dask) (preferred)
- Experience with streaming data technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, PubSub) (preferred)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (preferred)
