Job Description

Senior Medical Science Liaison advancing Dianthus’s neuromuscular disease portfolio. Building scientific partnerships and supporting clinical development, evidence generation, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the scientific expert for Dianthus' neuromuscular disease programs and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Conduct compliant scientific exchange regarding disease state education, clinical data, unmet needs, and investigational therapies
  • Gather and communicate medical insights to inform Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and future commercialization strategies
  • Support clinical trials through investigator engagement, site identification, enrollment support, and protocol discussions as requested
  • Represent Dianthus at scientific congresses, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other external medical forums
  • Contribute to evidence generation, scientific communications, publications, and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and company requirements

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, or equivalent)
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience, including significant field medical experience
  • Previous experience in neurology or immunology/inflammation is preferred
  • Experience building relationships with neuromuscular, neurology, rare disease, or immunology thought leaders and investigators
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, and scientific communications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
