Job Description
AI Engineer designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions in healthcare technology. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions
- Lead a cross functional team to drive AI solution delivery
- Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premises
- Work with large healthcare datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering
- Implement and optimize AI models within Gainwell’s existing technology stack
- Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize AI models for accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure AI implementations adhere to healthcare industry regulations
Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on work with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision
- Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps practices, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a plus for experience in healthcare AI, healthcare data
