Job Description
Senior Product Designer at DoorDash crafting engaging software experiences for hospitality operators. Responsible for operational workflows and user interactions with a collaborative design team.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design a cohesive experience across software solutions for global hospitality operators
- Design complex, high-impact operational experiences
- Turn ambiguity into product direction
- Create scalable interaction models and reusable patterns
- Engage deeply with real users and refine solutions
- Collaborate in a high-ownership design culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience at a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
- Proven ability to work directly with customers to grasp complex workflows
- Ability to articulate a perspective on the product's User Experience (UX)
- Translate user needs, goals, and pain points into highly functional designs
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Must be comfortable evaluating options and making informed decisions.
