Job Description
Senior Product Designer controlling the end-to-end design process for B2B pricing intelligence products at Wiser Solutions. Collaborating with product managers and engineers while conducting user research and creating high-fidelity designs.
Responsibilities:
- Control the end-to-end design process for B2B pricing intelligence products and internal operations tools, from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research with retail clients through interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers to define product requirements
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications
- Analyze product usage data, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate on existing features
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and component libraries
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, Media, Instructional Technology & Media, or Human-Computer Interaction
- Completion of a university level course, internship, research project, or thesis involving user research such as conducting interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for iOS and Android platforms
- UX/UI design
- Using analytics to improve feature adoption
- Aligning design solutions with KPIs
