Job Description
(Senior) Product Designerin responsible for end-to-end design processes at Europace, a leading fintech in Berlin. Join a diverse team and work with complex B2B solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for complex end-to-end design processes
- You design user experiences across complex systems
- You confidently navigate ambiguity and iterative development
- You work in a data-driven way with a strong focus on quality
- You are an integral part of cross-functional product teams
- You use modern tools and AI thoughtfully in your daily work
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in product design, preferably in complex B2B environments
- Broad design expertise with a clear focus on end-to-end design
- Strong discovery mindset
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and taking ownership
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence
- Experience working with modern tools and AI
