Job Description
Senior Research Consultant owning psychometric validation, benchmarks, and AI feature evaluation for Intellect’s employer-focused mental health technology. Presenting evidence to enterprise, academic, and government stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own psychometric validation of Intellect’s psychosocial risk instrument and adapt it for new markets and regulatory requirements
- Maintain the analysis logic behind psychosocial risk reporting and independently reproduce and explain outputs
- Own definitions for clinical outcome metrics used in product and client reporting
- Build and maintain benchmarks and norms for the assessment framework
- Manage survey panel and data collection partners for benchmark development
- Design and run evaluations of AI-enabled features
- Bring new analytical approaches into the clinical function
- Present findings to enterprise clients, HR and risk leaders, and government stakeholders
- Support case study development and evidence assets for commercial teams
- Work with academic partners on collaborative studies
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in psychology, psychometrics or educational measurement, statistics or biostatistics, economics or econometrics, epidemiology or public health, data science, or another quantitative social science
- At least 3 years of applied research experience, ideally including outside a purely academic setting
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and using statistical programs
- Survey design experience, including adapting measures across populations or markets
- A track record of presenting analytical findings to senior non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Desirable: Psychosocial risk, ISO 45003, workplace mental health or occupational health experience
- Desirable: Experience training or enabling non-specialist colleagues
- Desirable: Familiarity with regulatory requirements for workplace psychological health in Australia, Singapore, and Asia
