Job Description
Senior RWE Programmer responsible for SAS and R programming on healthcare datasets. Leading statistical analysis plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely from the UK or EU.
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing statistical programming languages (primarily SAS, R, and/or Python) to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large, complex healthcare datasets (e.g., electronic health records, insurance claims, patient registries) based on the SAPS developed from Biostatisticians
- Developing and implementing statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for observational research studies
- Creating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) in accordance with study protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with epidemiologists, statisticians, and outcomes research scientists to support cross functional projects, by generating RWE
- Ensuring all programming activities and deliverables are well-documented and adhere to industry best practices and data privacy regulations
- Contribute to the analytics tool development such as R Shiny
Requirements:
- Proficient in SAS or R programming within pharmaceutical or CRO environments
- Strong computer skills across multiple applications and OS environments
