Job Description

Salesforce DTC leader managing multi-org platform operations, governance, releases, and client delivery. Supporting ICF’s federal Salesforce practice and growth proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall Salesforce Digital Transformation Center operations and service delivery
  • Lead Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists
  • Lead daily client status calls, team standups, tenant customer calls, CIO reviews, and other operational meetings
  • Support presales pipeline management, including Salesforce use-case qualification, requirements discovery, high-level solution recommendations, and ROM estimates
  • Onboard new customer project teams onto the Salesforce platform
  • Manage the release calendar and coordinate customer application deployments
  • Manage daily operations and maintenance support activities
  • Manage Salesforce license inventory, allocations, and renewals
  • Manage platform ATO renewal assessments and mid-year changes
  • Co-lead technical design reviews with Salesforce architects
  • Write policy and procedure documentation based on Salesforce best practices and manage the DTC Governance Library
  • Recommend and implement improvements to DTC operations and toolsets
  • Prepare and present monthly status reports covering team performance, deliverables, schedule, financials, and SLA attainment
  • Support ICF Salesforce Practice growth activities, including RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations
  • Maintain certifications necessary for practice expertise

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large complex IT projects and managing technical staff, with direct contract delivery responsibility
  • 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects and/or Centers of Excellence in a client-facing role
  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification; provide Trailblazer profile link in resume
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator performing declarative (no-code) development in a medium-to-large enterprise Salesforce environment
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce and GitHub as source control
  • 1+ years of experience providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting for cloud consumption, licensing, and labor
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal public trust or equivalent client-required background investigation
  • Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.
  • Preferred: Active Salesforce Consultant and/or Architect certifications
  • Preferred: 3 years providing Salesforce consultation involving fit analysis, requirements mapping, and high-level solution architecture
  • Preferred: 2+ years supporting US Government clients and familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • Preferred: PMP Certification
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud-based data warehousing technologies, and/or Salesforce Data 360
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of Mulesoft capabilities and API-based integrations
  • Preferred: Familiarity with OmniStudio, its components, and supported use cases
  • Preferred: Understanding of Salesforce core CRM licenses and ordering versus provisioning
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities, Docusign, and Own
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of MFA/SSO, networking, and encryption
  • Preferred: Command presence, personal responsibility for mission accomplishment, client relationship skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, and polished written deliverables
