Job Description
SAP MM Consultant responsible for AMS support and incident management in technology consultancy. Collaborating on SAP S/4HANA and improving procurement and inventory processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform AMS (Application Management Services) support activities, ensuring service delivery meets quality standards and established deadlines
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests related to the MM module
- Document actions and maintain up-to-date history in ticket management systems
- Implement improvements and minor enhancements
- Ensure the proper functioning of procurement, inventory management, and goods receipt processes
- Stay current with new versions of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AMS (Application Management Services)
- Strong command of the full support lifecycle (incidents, requests, changes, and improvements)
- Knowledge of fiscal and tax-related processes relevant to the MM module
- Advanced or fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Up-to-date with the latest versions of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps related to the MM module
- Additional knowledge of other SAP modules (FI, SD, WM, EWM, etc.) is a plus
