Job Description
Senior Analyst shaping automated security operations with AI at Prophet Security. Mentoring analysts and validating threats while building the future of security tech.
Responsibilities:
- Help define the playbooks, tone, and operational ethos that will drive our 24x7 service
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex investigations
- Validate confirmed malicious threats and investigate inconclusive determinations
- Reconstruct the full narrative of the attack to provide context needed for precise remediation
- Actively participate in the operational feedback loop to improve AI’s detection logic
- Provide clear, human-guided remediation steps to help customers resolve threats
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a SOC, MDR, MSSP, or Incident Response role
- Proficiency investigating and responding to threats across endpoints, networks, SaaS apps, and cloud providers
- Comfort writing code to support investigations or automation (Python, Go, or similar)
- Response orchestration experience, such as designing playbooks or automating workflows, is a plus
