Job Description

Site Reliability Engineer for PSI ensuring reliability, security, and performance in Federal Government IT solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance DevOps practices and system health.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system health, responding to incidents, and preventing future issues.
  • Contribute to cost-savings strategies, performance optimization, and the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.
  • Patch systems proactively to increase reliability and properly document all changes.
  • Write reports, development notes, and wikis for supporting documentation.

Requirements:

  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
  • 3+ years technical experience in systems/network administration.
  • Experience with Linux and cloud computing (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with containerization to optimize cloud use.
  • CI/CD pipeline system experience and familiarization with relevant artifacts, and products.
  • Zero Trust implementation experience.
