Job Description

Intern handling social media campaigns and content creation for Cigna Group. Collaborating with the team to engage with social platforms and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping to create research and content assets and supporting materials to execute social media campaigns.
  • Monitor day-to-day content on social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more).
  • Perform social media metrics analysis and reporting.
  • Develop paid social advertising plans and social strategies with advertising execution.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • Previous experience in social media and basic social content design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business aptitude and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through student organizations, academic projects, or community involvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and acquire new skills.
