Job Description
Software Application Developer focusing on documentation automation and delivery using DITA-based pipelines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance technical documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated documentation processes to streamline content creation and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure documentation meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Implement and manage DITA-based documentation pipelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to documentation automation and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in documentation automation and DITA standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in documentation automation and delivery, with a strong understanding of DITA standards.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and technologies, such as XML, XSLT, XSL-FO and content management systems, platforms and applications.
- Proven Experience in delivering complex software applications at enterprise scale and reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
