Job Description
Software developers and founders submitting unused repositories for licensing assessment. Receiving compensation based on source-code and Git-history token rates when transactions close.
Responsibilities:
- Submit your repository for an initial assessment of its potential licensing value.
- Receive an evaluation based on the codebase and the applicable acceptance criteria.
- Explore licensing opportunities if your repository qualifies.
- Get compensated according to the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed.
- Review the estimated value before deciding whether to move forward.
Requirements:
- Software development experience or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.
- Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.
- Access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.
- Code must not include third-party material that you are not permitted to sublicense.
