  • Close parity gaps using snapshot tests against real AWS
  • Act as first responder for owned services and triage customer-reported parity bugs
  • Turn around parity bugs within a 5-day median, including issues surfaced through Terraform and CDK
  • Contribute reusable testing infrastructure such as conformance harnesses, snapshot tooling, and fixtures

  • Use modern AI coding and agentic tools while maintaining software quality and reliability

Requirements:

  • Strong testing mindset
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding and agentic development tools, used substantially to build and ship real software
  • Fast learning and strong problem-solving skills
  • Open-source contribution experience, particularly sustained involvement in an existing project (strong plus)
  • Experience working with AWS at application or platform level (strong plus)
  • Experience with distributed systems, storage, or protocol conformance (strong plus)
  • Deep AWS expertise (nice to have)

  • Short motivation outlining why you are the perfect candidate

Benefits:

  • Fully remote
  • Competitive salary
  • Annual company retreat
  • 2 extra company-wide holidays
  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture (community guilds and online company events)
  • Yearly bonus
