Job Description
Staff Analytics Engineer defining and leading analytics architecture for Lime’s business solutions. Collaborate across functions to enhance data infrastructure and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Analytics Architecture: Design and implement the long-term technical vision for Lime for Business’ data warehouse and semantic layer.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with General Manager, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to translate business requirements into trusted data products.
- Drive Analytics Engineering Excellence: Lead development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.
- Strengthen Data Governance & Quality: Implement automated data validation and monitoring frameworks.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles.
- Deep expertise with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow in production environments.
- Strong experience designing scalable data models and semantic layers for business reporting.
- Proven track record leading large technical domains and setting architectural direction.
- Strong SQL skills and experience implementing automated data testing and CI/CD workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Director/VP-level partners.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
