Job Description
Analytics Engineer developing robust data infrastructure and analytical pipelines to shape web marketing strategies. Delivering actionable insights with data analysis and visualization methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across our data infrastructure (BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL)
- Develop and own dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key marketing and product metrics
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, cohorts, and channel performance to surface growth opportunities
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and ad hoc analysis across multiple database environments
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define KPIs and translate business questions into data solutions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across our BI ecosystem
- Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks — from setup through statistical analysis and reporting
- Contribute to improving data documentation, governance practices, and internal tooling.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role in a web marketing or product-analytics context
- Strong, hands-on proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing complex queries across BigQuery, Redshift, and PostgreSQL
- Practical experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and/or Redshift)
- Solid grasp of web marketing and product metrics: conversions, funnels, cohorts, retention, attribution
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and basic statistical analysis Python for data processing and automation
- Strong communication skills — able to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Nice to Have: Experience with GA4, GTM, or similar web analytics tools; Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or other modern data orchestration tools; Background working in performance marketing or growth teams; Experience with data modeling best practices (star schema, data marts, etc).
