Job Description
Staff Applied Scientist at Lime focusing on advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions. Leading technical strategy and overseeing vision technology lifecycle in micromobility.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the Lime Vision team
- Architect and own the development of real-time solutions for tandem riding and sidewalk riding prevention
- Lead the effort to fuse camera-based computer vision with other vehicle sensors
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to optimize vision algorithms
- Oversee the entire lifecycle—from data strategy to model deployment
- Act as the primary technical authority for Computer Vision
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate city-mandated safety goals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of industry experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning
