Job Description
Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer developing features across Doppler's secrets management platform. Leading technical architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build out features across frontend and backend services
- Design, implement, and extend database models to support new features
- Collaborate with product and design to provide feedback on features from a developer’s perspective
- Approach everything you do from a security-first perspective
- Lead technical architecture and help shape Doppler’s long-term vision
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
- Champion engineering best practices and process improvements across the organization
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience building frontend and backend web services in Node.js + React
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
- A love for the craft with a curiosity and passion to constantly learn new things
- Experience building features or products from inception to delivery
