Job Description
PMHNP delivering evidence-based psychiatric telehealth care for Legion Health, a technology-forward outpatient mental-health company expanding insurance-based access. Providing autonomous assessments, medication management, brief psychotherapy, and collaborative patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care through telehealth
- Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other conditions
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy as appropriate
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
- Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews
- Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
- Active, unrestricted APRN license or other state-issued PMHNP practice authorization
- Active DEA individual practitioner registration
