Job Description

PMHNP providing autonomous telehealth psychiatric care for Legion Health, a technology-forward outpatient psychiatry company. Conducting assessments, medication management, brief psychotherapy, and evidence-based patient care remotely across the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric care through telehealth for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments covering mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy as appropriate
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care
  • Apply evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews
  • Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
  • Active, unrestricted APRN license or other state-issued PMHNP practice authorization
  • Active DEA individual practitioner registration is addressed in the required application questions
