Job Description
Staff Software Engineer driving architectural vision for high-scale software systems at Alkami, a cloud-based digital banking solutions provider. Leading product development and mentoring teams remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Drive architectural vision and execution of high-scale software systems
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of wire products, ensuring reliability
- Lead code/design reviews and manage performance at scale
- Write clean code and gather technical requirements
- Establish development standards and provide mentoring
- Respond to on-call incidents and maintain clear communication
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in software development, or 6 years with an advanced degree
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET/C#, Microservices, and Kubernetes
- Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#
- Experience with modern Javascript frameworks like React and Angular, HTML, and CSS
- Deep knowledge of AWS ecosystem and cloud-native tooling
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
