Job Description

Strategic Client Partner selling Labrynth’s AI-powered regulatory technology across Australia. Building enterprise relationships and closing paid discovery engagements for customized software implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partners, events, and trusted relationships across the Australian enterprise market
  • Lead in-person sales conversations and manage complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities from qualified interest through paid discovery close
  • Explain Labrynth’s technology and delivery model to nontechnical decision-makers and engage credibly with CTOs and technical leaders
  • Use implementation experience to answer high-level questions without committing to unvalidated architecture, scope, effort, or delivery outcomes
  • Bring technical leaders into the sales process when deeper validation is required
  • Provide discovery and implementation teams with a clear, context-rich handoff
  • Remain the commercial relationship owner across active engagements
  • Maintain trust and close implementation, expansion, and renewal opportunities
  • Keep pipeline and forecasts current

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated record of advancing and closing complex enterprise sales with revenue or quota accountability
  • Meaningful prior hands-on experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, implementation, or technical founding roles
  • Ability to explain AI and software to nontechnical buyers and converse credibly with CTOs, architects, security teams, and engineers
  • Comfortable networking, presenting, negotiating, and asking for the business
  • Understanding of consultative sales and ability to sell paid discovery without pretending the final solution is already scoped
  • Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving business owners, operators, technology, security, procurement, and executives
  • Ability to identify when to answer from experience, involve a technical expert, and avoid overpromising
  • Familiarity with modern software, AI systems, data, cloud infrastructure, integrations, security, and delivery risk
  • Ability to manage concurrent opportunities and client relationships with disciplined follow-through, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Ability to remain engaged after handoff to protect relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals
  • Integrity in distinguishing known, plausible, and unresolved matters requiring paid discovery and technical validation
  • Frequent travel and meaningful customer engagement in person

Benefits:

  • High-impact work at the intersection of AI and critical infrastructure regulation
  • Meaningful ownership of enterprise relationships, revenue, and HubLab’s growth across Australia
  • Frequent access to senior business and technology leaders
  • Backing of experienced HubLab and Labrynth discovery and implementation teams
  • Senior individual-contributor role with room to help shape the technical sales motion
  • Competitive base compensation with commission tied to closed business
  • Fair and competitive pay aligned with location, relevant experience, skills, internal pay equity, and market conditions
