Job Description
Salesforce Tech Lead/Software Engineer III responsible for leading development of scalable services on Salesforce platform. Empowering small businesses to find lending options through innovative cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end service development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the development team
- Conduct thorough code reviews
- Design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Create and maintain technical designs, process flows, architectural diagrams
- Diagnose and resolve application issues
- Drive agile development practices within the team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Apply Salesforce industry experience and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
- Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Strong hands-on experience developing custom solutions on Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, etc.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governance
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, SFDX, CI/CD)
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the financial industry and with AWS is a plus
