Job Description

Salesforce Tech Lead/Software Engineer III responsible for leading development of scalable services on Salesforce platform. Empowering small businesses to find lending options through innovative cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end service development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor the development team
  • Conduct thorough code reviews
  • Design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions
  • Create and maintain technical designs, process flows, architectural diagrams
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues
  • Drive agile development practices within the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Apply Salesforce industry experience and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
  • Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
  • Strong hands-on experience developing custom solutions on Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governance
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, SFDX, CI/CD)
  • In-depth understanding of agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the financial industry and with AWS is a plus
