Lead technology team focused on continuous education at Afya. Drive technical excellence and collaboration in a remote setting.

Lead the development team technically, promoting engineering best practices, code reviews and continuous mentorship.
Support the Product Manager in the technical analysis and refinement of requirements, ensuring clarity in user stories and accurate prioritization.
Ensure scalability, observability and performance of web applications using our technology stack.
Design and review architectures using Node.js, NestJS, NextJS, MongoDB and AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, EKS, among others).
Act hands-on when necessary, contributing code and practical solutions.
Ensure the team follows development and deployment processes, maintaining a high level of quality and reliability in deliveries.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security and product teams to ensure solutions align with corporate standards.
Identify technical bottlenecks and propose improvements in architecture, performance and automation.
