Job Description
Tech Lead position at Verity focusing on architecture of AI agents. Leading hands-on development in Python and integrating with SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Define, maintain, and evolve the core architecture for AI agents.
- Work hands-on, leading by example.
- Design the technical architecture of agents.
- Ensure the agents' logical behavior functions correctly.
- Apply MCP-based agent architectures (Model Context Protocol).
- Implement, evolve, and refactor AI technical components.
- Develop solutions in Python.
- Build and maintain flows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement and manage vector databases.
- Work on integrations, testing, technical validations, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining AI agents.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for agent orchestration, state management, and decision flows.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or A2A (Agent-to-Agent) agent architectures.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, or similar) for semantic search, memory, and RAG.
- API integrations (REST, webhooks, authentication) and inter-system communication.
- Integration with SAP, including understanding of workflows, data, and ecosystem constraints.
- Code versioning with Git and CI/CD best practices.
- Observability and quality: logging, monitoring, metrics, and production troubleshooting.
