Job Description
Seeking a Technical Operations Engineer at AlphaPet Ventures to integrate technical innovations and AI solutions into infrastructure. Collaborate closely with the team to enhance Developer Experience and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Actively integrate technical innovations into our infrastructure
- Rethink the Developer Experience and drive the development team forward technically
- Support the team in infrastructure, DevOps and technical automation
- Work closely with the Team Lead on technical decisions, rapid prototyping and the introduction of new tools
- Take responsibility for CI/CD, observability and security topics in the team's daily work
- Validate innovations through rapid prototyping
- Implement new AI solutions and provide training for colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development
- Proven experience in full-stack web development (web technologies, backend & frontend)
- Several years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure or platform engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability systems and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Puppet, Terraform or similar)
- Experience with workflow automation and AI tools (required)
- Excellent German and English skills
