Job Description
Technical Operations & Innovation Engineer focusing on integration of technical innovations in infrastructure. Collaborating with the development team and leading initiatives in DevOps and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Integration of technical innovations into our infrastructure
- Support for the development team in day-to-day collaboration
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to prepare technical decisions
- Rapid prototyping and introduction of new tools
- Expansion of deployment environments and automation
- Responsibility for CI/CD, observability and security topics
- Validation of innovations using rapid prototyping
- Introduction of new AI solutions and training of colleagues
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in software development
- Proven experience in full-stack web development (web technologies, backend & frontend)
- Several years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure or Platform Engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability systems and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Puppet, Terraform or similar)
- Experience with workflow automation and AI tools (required)
- Excellent German and English skills
