Job Description
Technical Product Associate managing systems and data that power lifecycle marketing at Sleep Doctor. Collaborating across teams to ensure accurate customer data for marketing communications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams
- Understand the systems that support customer and patient journeys
- Own data availability and troubleshoot integrations
- Measure and improve performance of lifecycle campaigns
Requirements:
- Zero to three years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field
- Interest in developing product management skills
- Ability to learn new platforms and understand system configurations
- Comfortable reading API documentation and testing requests with tools like Postman
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
