Job Description

Territory Representative growing Benjamin Moore paint sales and market share across Denver, western Denver suburbs, and Boulder. Managing retailer relationships, product placement, programs, and customer solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sustainable and profitable sales and market share growth in the assigned territory
  • Lead implementation of product placement, programs, and services within assigned stores
  • Support locally owned stores and retailers in the Denver, western Denver suburbs, and Boulder territory
  • Focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork, empowerment, problem-solving, honesty, integrity, and responsive customer service
  • Serve as customers' go-to expert by providing technical knowledge, business acumen, and a thoughtful customer approach
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with new-business prospects and existing accounts
  • Increase profitability and sales growth for Benjamin Moore and its partners
  • Drive, orchestrate, and close opportunities with key partners
  • Use solution-based selling skills and company-provided selling tools to meet customer needs
  • Seek and qualify new business according to company account stratification goals
  • Research customer business needs and develop product and service mixes to meet demand

  • CRM experience a plus
  • 1+ years of field sales experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Willingness and ability to travel daily and overnight within the region
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Ideal candidate will reside within the territory
  • Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Denver, Colorado, and within reasonable commuting distance of key retailers
