Job Description
Quality Analyst at Estratégia Educacional executing manual tests and leading quality initiatives. Collaborates on requirement definitions and product improvement proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual tests;
- Create and run test cases, identify and report defects;
- Lead and/or participate in quality initiatives and propose improvements to processes and products;
- Actively participate in requirements definition and propose enhancements that add value to the product;
- Perform functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, and usability testing;
- Plan, execute, and document complex tests (functional, accessibility, etc.);
- Plan and develop analysis of test scenarios for frontend application interfaces (web and mobile);
- Analyze project requirements and create test plans;
- Create and plan mind maps for test coverage, providing the team with a broad and detailed perspective;
- Ensure quality of products and services;
- Review user interfaces according to functionality and design;
- Document bugs found and provide all necessary information for developers to reproduce the issue.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Systems, Engineering/Computer Science, or other IT-related fields, or equivalent professional experience;
- Experience conducting regression and integration testing;
- Knowledge of testing strategies (functional and non-functional) and test management;
- Experience creating mind maps, test cases, executing tests, and logging defects and improvements;
- The following are considered advantages:
