Job Description
Therapy Development Specialist supporting adoption of Vivistim® VNS™ System for stroke rehabilitation. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to train and monitor therapy implementation in rehabilitation facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to educate and train them on the effective use of the system
- Serve as a clinical expert, guiding therapy implementation and monitoring patient progress
- Manage and expand rehabilitation facilities in the assigned geography
- Deliver impactful product presentations for patients, accounts, and clinicians
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy required (OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
- Neuro-focused training background strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of documented clinical/sales experience with supportive results
- Experience selling to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, and OT/PT physician communities preferred
- Experience educating and advocating for Stroke rehabilitation patients
- Experience calling on hospitals and rehabilitation facilities strongly preferred
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence decision makers in complex environments
