Job Description
Remote travel coordinator booking vacations, cruises, and packages for Leisure Life Travel clients. Building customer relationships through flexible scheduling, vendor tools, and ongoing training.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences
- Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages through travel vendors
- Coordinate itineraries and provide accurate trip details
- Deliver customer service before, during, and after trips
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and repeat bookings
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
- Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and vendor offerings
- Grow a personal book of business at an individual pace
Requirements:
- Passion for travel and desire to help others plan trips
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet access and a computer
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online systems
- Must be 18 or older
- Eligible to enter into an independent contractor agreement in the U.S.
- Willingness to learn new systems and vendor platforms
- No prior travel industry, travel agent, reservation, customer service, hospitality, or travel planning experience required; training provided
