Job Description
Web Designer creating visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet high-quality standards in remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design responsive, modern websites and digital interfaces across multiple client projects
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into visually engaging solutions
- Maintain brand consistency and apply best practices in UI/UX design
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Optimize assets and layouts for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder input
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve work quality
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of professional web design experience in digital agencies or product studios
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and UI/UX skills
- Experience collaborating with development teams to implement designs
- Exceptional English communication skills (B2-C1 level), written and spoken
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working remotely with consistent PST timezone overlap.
