Job Description
Director role leading Workday integrations and enterprise technology solutions at Huron. Managing client engagements and delivering technology solutions to exceed engagement objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight and program management
- Collaborate with client senior leaders and Huron team for delivery oversight
- Construct enduring relationships to benefit the firm and sell additional project work into clients
- Lead teams, create solutions, and communicate effectively at every level
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
- Strong experience in data conversion, migration, and data quality management
- Proven ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development
- Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to articulate solutions, lead technical discussions, and support sales efforts by instilling confidence with prospects and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to support business development by leading technical solutioning discussions, presenting to prospects, and serving as a trusted advisor in client-facing engagements
