Job Description

1st Level Support Specialist delivering customer support through tickets, phone, and chat. Enartia focuses on providing online solutions via remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Hosting, Domain, and related services through tickets/chat/phone
  • Consult customers on how to improve their services and forward client feedback and concerns
  • Report bugs to Developers
  • Handle Cross sales / Up sales
  • Provide customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements:

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of hosting services and domain names
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Willingness to confront and resolve a wide range of customer problems, of basic to advanced complexity
